NirogGyan is a healthcare SaaS that turns anonymized lab data into SmartReports — 150+ biomarkers translated into language a patient can understand, and into something a clinician can hand off without explaining line by line.
We built the backend and dashboard layer behind the SmartReports product — microservices architecture, automated report generation, multi‑language localisation, and a control plane the NirogGyan team can run without engineering on call.
Lab reports are usually the first artefact in a patient's healthcare journey — and they are notoriously hard to read. Improving them requires structured medical content sitting on top of an even more structured pipeline: 150+ biomarkers, dozens of report templates, multiple languages, and labs onboarding continuously.
On top of that, healthcare data is regulated. Every system upstream and downstream of NirogGyan has its own constraints. The backend had to scale, the integrations had to behave, and the experience had to remain calm and trustworthy — for patients, doctors, and labs.
Make the report obvious. Then build everything quietly behind it.
We worked alongside NirogGyan's team across discovery, architecture, and build — focusing on the parts of the system that needed to be both reliable and quietly extensible. Automation took the manual work out of report generation. Localisation opened the platform to non‑English audiences without doubling content load.
After launch, NirogGyan's clients reported faster onboarding, better clinician hand‑offs, and meaningful improvement in patient‑doctor communication. The backend kept up with growing data volume and added languages without re‑architecture.
