Webloon Studio ("Webloon", "we", "us", or "our") is a design, software, and AI studio operating from Bengaluru and Jaipur, India, with a presence in Vancouver, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, the data controller is Webloon Studio.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or organisation
• Project details you provide — project type, current site or product URL, budget range, timeline, and your written brief

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry
• Understand the shape of a potential project
• Continue a conversation you have started with us

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or Canada's PIPEDA applies, we process your information on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form.

5. Sharing & processors

We keep your information within the studio and share it only with service providers that help us operate the site:

• Web3Forms — processes our contact-form submissions and delivers them to us by email. See their privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider — serves this website and may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

We do not otherwise disclose your information unless required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence — by default 36 months — after which it is deleted, unless we have an ongoing engagement or a legal reason to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@webloonstudio.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). It sets first-party cookies and processes anonymised usage data; we do not use it for advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Aside from this, the site sets no advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
